With their release 'Two-Wheeler', O.S.A. takes you on a spaced out, intergalactic ambient journey. A ride running through uplifting melodies and abstract dark textures. A world of sound founded on a bedrock made of 2-stroke combustion engines and other mechanical parts of mopeds!

Digging deep into a series of field-recordings of motorcycles, O.S.A. chopped, spliced and carved their way through this material, then transformed and distilled sounds generated by this mundane machinery, to unearth hidden textures, underlying rhythms, and other-worldly ambient soundscapes.

Of the songs on this release, 'Motorod' was originally written in 2003 to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Galleria Titanik, art gallery located in Turku, Finland. For the occasion, Titanik reached out to various finnish ambient & experimental music artists, to self-publish a compilation CD-R themed after mopeds.

After contributing to this release, O.S.A. went on to expand upon 'Motorod' with a couple tracks more. The four-song EP was then released by Corewatch netlabel, catalogue id CW022.

This release is a remastered version of the 2003 release. There was also a very limited edition CD-R of six copies that was published by Holy Feather in 2009.
